Earl Hickok, P.Eng.

Earl Hickok is a professional engineer with the first 12-years working at Imperial Oil Limited, including a 2-year assignment at Exxon Production Research in Houston, Texas, leading the Exxon development of an Artificial Lift Workstation. Since founding AESL in 1991 in Calgary, Mr. Hickok has worked and travelled around the globe and served on many private and public company boards.

 

Most recognized for his ability to develop High Performance Teams, he has produced dozens of global examples of exceptional outcomes. Earl’s focus on Collaborative Teamwork began in 1991 when AESL created the Advantage Integrated Operating System that focused on bringing the best Technology coupled with leading Organizational processes, along with Skills enhancement to give teams a competitive edge.

 

Mr. Hickok’s TOP-TEN Process has been at the core of all other process development and in 1997

he founded Tecskor, which stands for Technology, Skills and Organizational Processes integrated together.
