TOP-TEN PROCESS
The TOP-TEN Process is the glue that gives the other elements of AESL’s Operating System their “stickiness”. Whereas the IFR, Asset Depletion Plan and Cost + Production Optimization Processes fill the Opportunity Hopper, TOP-TEN is the System’s delivery mechanism for results; putting APACK to work by applying a consistent method for identifying and documenting value adding initiatives.
